Need help in grading 1914-d $2 1/2 Indian H.

I'm want to submit my 4 free submissions, and don't want to "waste" any if I can help it so to speak. Most of purchases have been already slabbed, so I'd like to present a few here for suggestions.

This was taken out of a bezel of my wifes

She never wore it much.

Does it make sense to submit someting that I know can't grade in MS?

XF with bezel / jewelery damage.
Not worth submitting.

I think the Indian $5's and $10's are among the hardest to grade. The details of the incuse design are particulalrly difficult to assess from a picture or scan.
