Is a 1900-o Morgan with a doubled "o" a VAM?

  And you know I have just got to say it: Every Morgan dollar is a VAM, unless it is a new discovery, in which case, after attribution it will be assigned a VAM number.

  Is the mintmark the only thing on the reverse that is doubled? I have a similar Morgan in a PCI green label holder marked "reverse double strike" on it. It appears to be a case of mahine doubling as other parts of the design appear to be doubled.
