I have an ANACS MS64 Bugs Bunny Frankie. I haven't a clue what it means. I appreciate any input. TIA
Its a foul ball by a fair margin.

There are two recognizable years for the Bugs Bunny. The most common is the 1955 with the 1951 being rarer. Of the 1951, I've seen 8 of them and owned 6.
