Does anyone know an e-mail address for PCGS they actually respond to?

I have sent a couple of e-mails to a couple of CU/PCGS staffers as well as info@pcgs.com trying to elicit a response to a question. There have been no responses. Does anyone know of an e-mail address that PCGS actually responds to?

Been in contact with them over the last week with no problems. I will pm you the email of the person I am working with (no need for everyone to know, poor person would be run over with emails)

I sent one to Charlie several weeks back. He responded the next day that he was out of the office and would get back to me. I sent another email two weeks later asking for an update, and followed up with a call the next day. Since then, another call to Sandy last Friday asking for an update. Next call is tomorrow morning.

    DD55,

It's a shame that you have to keep customer service names quiet so they aren't contacted by everyone.

Bwa ha ha ha ha haaaa!!

Actually, though, the few times I've emailed I have gotten a timely answer. Not always the answer I wanted, but it was timely.

They do have a toll free number. I realize the telephone is not as technologically sophisticated as eMail, but it does sometimes have it's usefullness.image

I have never received a response using the generic email but each and every time I have emailed someone specific I have received a VERY quick reply!

I'm aware of the phone number, Russ, but it is a lot easier to be calm and cool in an e-mail than over the phone! This is for their own protection ... image

    RGL,

"but it is a lot easier to be calm and cool in an e-mail than over the phone"

Mine is in regard to a guaranteed regrade from 11/26/02. That's why I prefer email as well...

    Wingsrule,

You have the patience of Job. If it were me, I'd be on the phone, calmness be damned.

I've sent a few emails with questions about three months ago, still no response. NGC has fast email customer service from my experience.
