If Barry wins the ANA hearing against HAGAR, What kind of action can ANA take against them for libel

  I don't think a favorable for Barry automatically converts to a ruling of "libel." They may merely decide that just because he currently holds a seat on the board of governors, he is not enjoined from expressing his opinion.
  
  I haven't seen the complaint, but it seems Ms Hagar is alleging that he should be removed because as a governor he shouldn't make such statements (her opinion). I don't think she has made any libelous accusations, and neither has he.

  No action. An accusation brought before a moderator is not the same as libel. However, the ruling can be grounds for later action. For example, if the ANA board rules that ACG is incompetent, it becomes a precedent maker for future actions.

  OKAY, I give up! What did Stuppler do or write to warrant this action. Everybody has been on top to support Stuppler because of their views on ACG! At times it appears that it is only a select few!
  Conversely, what should the ANA do to Stuppler?
  Go to ASA-ACCUGRADE and read the report on PNG-ITCA survey and the FTC reports! If Stupplers actions against ACG were started because of a vendetta, they hang him high! IF not, he should have instituted a class-action suit just like 14 years ago when collectors thought they were being SCREWED!
  I'm on the fence with this issue and I want the facts, articles or reports before making this or any decision!
