Besides Clips In Mint Sets, Have You Ever Received Any DDO's or DDR's Directly From The Mint?

I have a few ocean in view ddr nickel's from the satin finish set's
Hate to pop a bubble and provide no substance OP, but a DDO is not an error, but a variety. A clipped planchet is a unique mistake that mistakenly left the Mint. A variety is repeatable with the same dies, and an effect of normal Mint procedures of die creation.

Change the title to DDR or DDO
No photo, but I have a 1963 mint set with DDO Denver quarter with nice doubling on In God We Trust.
I also have the extra tree in the SF set's ( Minnesota )
Let’s see…just off the top of my head:
A handful of 1971 D and 1974 D Kennedy DDO.
A smaller handful of 1970 D Washington Quarter DDR, as well as 1963 Washington Quarter DDO.
A larger handful (probably 20) of 1970 D Roosevelt Dime DDR (various FS)
A 1971 S Proof Lincoln DDO (the big one) - unfortunately has a big black spot behind his head.
A few 1967 SMS Kennedy Half QDO and more than a few 1966 Kennedy Half DDO.
A few 1971 S silver proof Eisenhower DDO/DDR (not the big one.)
More than a few 1964 proof Kennedy half DDO or TDO.
Again, just off the top of my head. Searching mint and proof sets is a great way to pass the time.
Still looking for a 61 Franklin DDR and the big 1971 Ike DDR. Have a feeling I’ll eventually find one of each.

Wow!
I got a bunch of the '68-DDO (1 : 46) dimes but some of yours are tough.
I think I’ve found ONE 68 DDO dime, but so far I’ve had trouble getting the message along that I want every mint set I can get from 1968-1970 (they have only been saving me the 70 mint sets.)
I could believe I’ve found almost a complete roll of the 1970 S/S Lincoln cents and at least half a roll of the Small Dates (although I’ve sold a few that were spotted.) Almost a full roll I think of Accented Hair 64 Kennedy halves (and I used to sell them, so I’ve found plenty more since I started putting together rolls.) Tons of 1979 and 1981 proof Type 2’s. Found a 1970 No S dime once, kinda would enjoy owning that coin again.
And my favorites are the mint sets with incorrect coins (I think one of my sets was pictured in an error coin book written by a forum member either here or over at CoinTalk.) I have also found a couple rolls of 1970 D Kennedy halves with an interesting reverse die variety with multiple die gouges in the fields under the rays. I keep getting distracted from sending them in to see if the experts feel it’s a new variety. Maybe I’ll do that this week.
When I lived in Philly with my ex wife, it was actually really hard to buy what I normally buy in St Louis (foreign coins) because many shops already had customers who bought everything they had in bulk. So the I only thing they’d actually sell me happily were proof and mint sets. Kind of the same here in STL now, most shops hate them and are happy to get rid of them.
Mint and proof sets are a great way to educate yourself on die varieties. And much cleaner that searching rolls of filthy pocket change haha
