MS67 is my guess.
MS66 is on the insert.
MS66+, nice coin!

P.S. There is PVC on the central ear. That should be removed if you ever hope for a CAC sticker.

I'm thinking 66+ - That tiny line on the focal point cheek keeps it from a 67.
Oh my... doubtful that a Dick Enberg quote helps. Terrific coin that is if the images are accurate. Tough coin to obtain in a high grade. MS65

To my eyes it looks like at least MS66. Gorgeous coin.

When enlarged, even minimally, there is chatter on the cheek and and bust. Granted if you supersize ANY coin, you will see flaws. However, I am surprised by the lofty grades given.

Unless my slight colorblindness is preventing me from seeing it, I don't see anything like PVC on this coin.

The tiny bluish green speck. It is not very advanced. But it is an immediate sticker killer if that sort of thing matters to you.

And @PocketChange, please do not interpret any of my comments as downing your coin. I am not. I find it to be a very attractive example of a better date.

My personal grade is 64+, I suspect that PCGS graded it 67.

66 also; tougher date in higher grades and that one has nice eye appeal.
Is the coin yours?

Yes, it is my coin.

Break it out but it in a Dansco album and I'll grade it for you. 😉
Whatever the grade, you could (if you haven't already), complete an entire 32-64 set at that grade or very close to it.
I'm just ragging on you. It's a beautiful coin! I'm an album guy. Can't tell you how many Washington quarters I've broken out (that looks like yours) and put in my Dansco..... Well, just about all of them.
I'll go 66.

GRADE REVEAL
This coin is graded MS64, with CAC approval. I've owned this coin for a year and a half; it was the second to last coin acquired to complete my 32-64 silver WQ set. The grade puzzled me a bit when I bought it, and it sat in my SDB until this week when I acquired an MS65 CAC that I'm considering as a set upgrade.
I decided to post the GTG to see what the consensus (or at least range of guesses) would be, in an effort to help figure out what to do with the coin (sell, upgrade, resubmit, etc.). I didn't expect the median guess to be 66. I've spent a lot of time studying the coin since yesterday, and my theories for the grade are below the slab photo.

My thoughts:
1. @cameonut2011 pointed out a number or obverse abrasions; there are a bit more even than he pointed out (forehead, eyebrow, in the hair). Enough perhaps to knock it out of 66 contention, but not enough to get to 64.
2. The luster/surfaces look a little stripped or dippy. I thought perhaps the coin was netted down for this, but looking at CoinFacts images, it seems that's just how this issue tends to come (even if it was dipped, which I assume it was).
3. There's quite a bit of die polish lines on the coins, both in the fields and on the devices. However, with a 10x loupe, I think I'm seeing some faint lines in the left obv field and on the neck that look like light hairlines to me.
The lines coming out of Washington's nose are definitely die polish lines; but the diagonal curved line appears to be incuse to me when examining the coin with a loupe; there are a few others with a similar character.
My working hypothesis is that there are just enough abrasions on the obverse of this semi-key date to knock it into the 65 range, and then the coin was netted a grade due to light hairlines. IMO, 64+ seems like the appropriate grade given the overall eye appeal, although I could also see it as a non-CAC'd 65.

My guess was 66+, having put too much faith in the first images - TrueView - posted. They were overly flattering but you still have a nice looking coin, there.

If those are hairlines, it would explain the grade. Regardless, it is a nice coin. The price range is narrower than you would expect on that issue as well so the difference in grade matters much less. The only thing that surprises me is the sticker but not because I don't think the coin is solid or high end (I think it is a nice coin), but because JA can almost smell PVC and that sure looks to be a small bluish green spot near Mr. Washington's ear. PVC is one of JA's pet peeves.
You can certainly be forgiven for not seeing the hairlines, as they are invisible in the TrueView, and even having owned the coin for some time now, the first time I noticed them was last night as I was trying to figure out why there is such a disparity in the median guessed vs. actual grade. I do like coins that punch a grade or two higher in eye appeal.
Yes, there's a minute green spot at the obverse center, although none of the haze that typically accompanies PVC, although I'm not sure what else it could be. I agree it's surprising that the price spreads aren't wider, but I guess there are enough of them in gem to satisfy set collectors. Now I need to decide whether to keep this example or upgrade to the more traditional/original, but less eye appealing, 65 CAC that I bought.

It sounds like you've made your decision. Eye appeal is supreme. I can love any grade coin with the right eye appeal.
I haven’t, as I also love a coin with great originality. It’s a good dilemma to have, I suppose.

A very eye appealing coin from the initial pics. The micro green spot noted would be a deciding factor to me to sell the coin. Knowing it's there, despite needing close examination to find it, would bug me.

@pocketchange Curiously what does the 65 CAC coin look like?
The 65 has honest originality and nice skin, but it isn't flashy.
