Is USPS tracking down for anyone?

I keep getting an Error Message. Is it just me? USPS site said is working.

Works fine here from East Texas.
Down for me. Southeastern North Carolina.
Connecticut is fine in this area

I had a package sit in Chicago for six day last week. When it finally updated it had only sat for 4 1/2. If this is the same problem it might be systematic and more serious.
One change I've noticed is that regular priorities are fast now and express shipments are slow. Ground Advantage shipping is reasonably timely.
I get this:

I just noticed that Great Collections may have created an incorrect shipping address label although it also says, by the tracking # they provided, USPS awaiting item and then, below that they show the label info that was created is not my home address. My correct address is clearly listed in my profile/account with GC. So, somehow, the USPS knows what's on the label GC created who also provided a tracking # but yet, the USPS hasn't taken possession of/is awaiting the item?? I sent them (GC) an email with all that crap/info but then was informed, for faster service, Call!
Anyone know what Great Collections business hours are? I haven't been able to find that info on their website. And when I called 4 am in the morning to get that info, the answer machine failed to provide their hours then either. If they open at 8 or 9 AM, I'll have to wait till 10 or 11 to call due to time zones. Hopefully, it's just an error or typo mistake, right? Last thing I want to hear is that my coin is off somewhere to a wrong address!

I think something might be off. Origin of my GC shipment this week showing as Whittier CA instead of Irvine.
They send it there before USPS gets it. From the lengthy reply to my email. There are no worries! All is good!

I get the same message, then it loads when I refresh the page.
I tried that, doesn't work for me. I can get it on my mobile phone though, just not my Chromebook,
