Dime sized. I think it is Constans but the reverse is confusing me.

Reverse type is GLORIA EXERCITVS. Can't tell what the mintmark is.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.
    Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius, "Meditations"

Apparently I have been awarded the DPOTD twice. B)

Constantine II. Eastern mint, probably Nicomedia (cf. RIC 6) although the reverse style is almost barbarous.

The style is eastern European. The mintmark is something like SMNA, which is Nicomedia.

RIC 6 is the coin reference (see this sale).

'cf' means 'compare' since the coin is like Constantine II Nicomedia RIC 6 but may not be RIC 6 as it is too corroded/worn/softly struck to tell.

It looks barbarous i.e. it looks like it was engraved by an unofficial mint (counterfeiters) since the style and lettering are pretty poor, although this sometimes happened at official mints.
