Best option is to DM him.

Failing that, you should at least tag him properly so he gets a notification. @PCGS_Hy

I just sent an email requesting my account, inventory, and sets be removed as I cannot sign in. I do not have a smartphone and do not understand this 2 step bull dung. Good by to all and good luck.

After a few attempts by others, I can now sign in. Many Thanks to Hy. Now I just hope someone else does not delete me.
