I can't vouch for specific shops up there, but one thing that helps no matter where you go: know the melt number before you walk in, so you can tell a fair offer from a lowball.
Pre-1965 dimes, quarters and halves are 90% silver, and they work out to about 0.7234 troy oz of pure silver per $1 of face value. With silver at $53.71 a little before noon Eastern today:
40% Kennedy halves (1965–70) are a different animal, roughly 0.1479 oz each, so sort those out first.
Shops typically quote junk silver as a multiple of face or as a percentage of melt, so ask them which one they're using and run it against the numbers above. Also pull out anything that might carry a numismatic premium (better dates, key dates, high-grade pieces) before you sell by the pound.
Just math, not financial advice. Good luck with it.
I thought pre-64 dimes, quarters and halves were .715 troy ounces and silver dollars were .773 silver.
Can't help you with any coin shops, but...
...the Northwest Coin Club (the real Northwest
) has a calendar of local Twin Cities coin shows. The South St Paul show is always well attended and has enough dealers so there should be selling options.

Try Gary Adkins. He’s a past ANA President. I don’t think he has a shop per se, but you can deal with him just the same. Find his contact info online.
They are. 715 is the number wholesalers use to accommodate wear
