Question about displaying True Views in Coin Facts

I have noticed that some (many?) of the coins I have in my registry sets which have True View photos, though shown when looking at the set itself, are not shown when I look at the photos in Coin Facts. I would like my coins to be illustrated in Coin Facts. I thought this was automatic when a coin with a True View was placed in a registry set but that seems not to be the case. Is there something I need to do to have the photos displayed in Coin Facts?
