I'm not a Bust Half Eagle expert. For those that are where is the repair in this 1805...

My guess is the right obverse field.

I see something a little off to the right of the "5" and between "STATES" and "OF". Maybe a patched hole?

I think @Typekat has it right.

If a hole had been “patched” to the extent that it no longer showed, the coin would be labeled “Plugged”.

I've looked over the pictures very closely but nothing stood out to me. I wish they would put maybe some code on the label and a list on their website that identified what type of tooling occurred. The NGC website says repaired.

Could it be the reverse rim, 11-12 o’clock?

I've seen polishing/cleaning labeled as a repair before. But I think the case here is rim/edge repair, as this looks like an Ex-Jewelry piece. Might have some re-engraved edge reeding to confirm previous mounting.

The obverse field in front of the chin is depressed a bit. See how the light hits it differently.

I suspect that the field was smoothed out there, to eliminate graffiti or damage.

The right obverse field looks slightly indented and is not smooth especially in front of Miss Liberty's chin.

I agree with the right side repair and add that the left looks smoothed a little, too.
