Wheel marks are very rarely apparent in on-line images.

    That’s not a wheel mark.

He got a full sentence out that makes sense and has only a few grammatical errors, I'm proud of him.

OK, I think I see it. Is it in the field in front George's face?
    It seems so minor.

So do you still think the issue is the rim? As @Mfield wrote attempting to find wheel marks from a static photo is seldom productive, you have to tilt and turn the coin under a light source.

Sorry, I was thinking machine wrap damage. Easiest way to find wheel mark problems is hold the coin at a 45 degree angle and look for a cloudy area.

A wheel mark is not the same thing as wrapping machine damage - not that I see any of that on this coin either.
A wheel mark is a patch of very thin hairlines caused by friction with a rubber ejector wheel in a coin counter moving at a high speed.
Wrapping machine damage is a circle of damage right inside the rim, seen on coins that were on the end of a coin roll when the rolls were wrapped.
The circular nature of wrapping machine damage causes some people, including myself at one point, to think that it is what the term "wheel mark" is used for.

your pics are straight on - look at it on a 45 degree angle from the 26 of the date towards the jacket. The wheel mark is frequently near a quarter inch wide but can't be seen straight on.

Back in the day, the Mints did use mechanical counters to produce even dollar amount bags of coins, so "wheel marks" could have been found on coins in mint-sewn bags.

Now, for the Philadelphia Mint at least, coins come out of the press into a holding bin so that the press operator can glance at them for major malfunction errors before dumping the coins into a continuous conveyor belt of steel trays that carry the coins to a machine that dumps them into one of giant ballistic bags that might hold 4,000 pounds or so of loose coins, with an estimated count by weight. Any counting machine with a counting wheel HAS to be post-mint.

When I was at the Philadelphia Mint in 2009 the only denomination not on this system was the Half Dollar, which was struck in such small quantities that it was not worth building a production line for them. They were struck on an old-school vertical press over against the East Wall, and I have no idea how they are counted and bagged as the press was not running that day.

I can’t see it. Also , can’t see how you got one of these back. Sent 100 in on the 7th of July and they’re just showing “received”. Maybe they’re adding wheel marks.

This example is rare. It has the July 4th and the wheel mark privy marks.

Wheel marks cannot be detected from a static photo, unless the photo was intentionally angled to bring the offense into focus.
