1968-S Jefferson - Obverse die gouge

WindycityWindycity Posts: 3,613 ✭✭✭✭✭

Playing around with a few unc rolls of jeffersons and noted these two 1968-S coins with obverse die gouges from the Six to ribbons. A glance at the first coin and I thought it was a scratch but then I saw the second one a realized they are die gouges. Nothing dramatic but I thought interesting.

Good eye! 👍 Looks like a common die clack.
