Opinions? Looks like a cracked planchet to me but looking for other opinions. At 2 o'clock.

    I have a Vickie cent that has a similar cracked planchet.
    Not sometnig you see that often.

    100% cracked planchet.

    Fun fact: The number 9 in the date was used on the 1816 cent, as well as the 1819/8 small 9 half dollar.
