Has anyone bought coins from the heritage hong Kong auction?

I was wondering if anyone has had experience winning coins on heritage auctions that were located in Hong Kong. I was trying to get an ideal on how much shipping to the usa would be and tariffs. From my understanding, coins are exempt from tariffs but wanted to see if anyone has had any recent experiences.

Not all coins are exempt from tariffs, it depends on where is the coin sourced from. If it is sourced from China then you will need to pay tariffs. How much is the tariffs? I don't know for sure because it changed all the time. Last April I ordered from SB was 8%. Last June I ordered two coins from HA and it was sourced from outside of China so there is no tariffs. The shipping and handling fee is $64.11. By the way that was shipped from Dallas not shipped from HK. HA will only ship from HK to the buyer if the coin is sourced from China, otherwise it will ship from HK to Dallas then ship to the buyer from Dallas.
