Looking for Help on a Buffalo Nickels Folder I've never heard of

Perhaps someone here has either seen these or even used one of these folders back in the day. A Google search keep referring me to AI info that didn't jive with what I have (it kept linking me to toys and such).
This thread is likely to die quickly, yet if anyone has seen or even owned one of these, please tell us what you know about it.
Thanks!

Hey friend, I managed to look this up and gather some information using my AI assistant. I really hope this helps you out! Cheers!
I did a Google search for you and typed in Voque instead of Vogue since I cannot tell if that is a q or a g in the name and Google AI gave me back a detailed history of the folder. It felt like AI slop and I responded that I required references or else it was hallucinating and shoving BS down my throat. It apologized and said it had hallucinated the entire history since it had no information.

@ricarf2386 Thanks so much! That is much more information than I was able to gather.
