I sold a bulk lot of samples for $650. Unfortunately, the eBay real or artificial intelligence doesn't recognize the difference! The shipping label was to the address of the authenticator.
I chatted with the AI agent for a while, then talked with a real agent.
The real agent said I could mail them directly to the buyer, but noted that I would lose any eBay seller protection if I did.
Gone but not forgotten: IGWT, Speedy, Bear, BigE, HokieFore, John Burns, Russ, TahoeDale, Dahlonega, Astrorat, Stewart Blay, Oldhoopster, Ricko, Big Moose, Cardinal, CoinsAreFun.

You can list $500+ coins in the Bullion category and you won't hear a peep about the new Authenticity Guarantee Program.
A bulk lot? I thought the authenticity guarantee only applied to single coins sold for over $500, not lots or sets.
Sounds like you listed in the wrong category. If you had listed under "collections/lots" it would not have to go to the authenticator.

Imagine their surprise to open the package and find 9 sample slabs!
