PCGS Customer Service (Do they ever answer their phones?)

Options

I just joined their Collectors Club membership and have a couple of questions regarding submitting a couple of Trump coins. I called them yesterday around 11 am EST and got a recording telling me that already reached maximum capacity callback volume.
I called again this morning at 10 am EST and received the same message.
What am I missing here??

Some days are busier than others. I have never had issues getting a callback.

It doesn't even allow you to leave a callback number.

It doesn't allow you to leave a vm. They just hang up and tell you to call tomorrow.

    Just some ideas....

    1) call earlier than 10AM.

    2) post your questions here and maybe someone will know.

I started calling them around 9:30 am EST and you get a recording telling you that they're closed.
Basically, I joined their Gold Collectors Club membership for $149.00 over the weekend. It includes four grading vouchers.
I wasn't sure if they actually mail you these vouchers or can I start submitting immediately. Also, which service tier can I submit under? These would be for some Trump coins.

    Thanks in advance

I'm sure someone here knows. I seem to recall someone saying that the vouchers show up on your account somewhere.

Thanks, I found it. Are these Grading vouchers only for certain tiers?

No, the vouchers will show up in your account. you go to account info online (your account), then go down you will see Grading Vouchers; click on it you will see how many of them are available. The vouchers are only for regular tier.
