PCGS CC Voucher Question

LuxorLuxor Posts: 599 ✭✭✭✭✭

Would anyone know on the vouchers that expire in 1 yr if the submission needs to be postmarked by the exp date or if PCGS needs to have the package in hand? Mine expires on Sept 19th and I'm pretty sure I will die of old age before reaching anyone in customer service to inquire.

Great question! I would hope it's the postmarked date but it's probably the received date. Although see this post: https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/721012/pcgs-grading-voucher-expiration

Do your vouchers expire on 9/19 or does your membership renew then? I got bit one year because my membership renewed at the end of the preceding month, replacing my vouchers with the new ones, and I was waiting for the last coin to show up for my submission. CS helped me out, but with a clear "don't let it happen again" tone. To play it safe, fill out and submit online before 8/31 in your case.
