I need to know a lot description and whether or not it has a photo.
Unfortunately I do not have the lot number.

It is available through the Newman Numismatic Portal. Around 2000 they defer back to the Heritage site which may not have the catalog format. NNP use to not have the Heritage catalogs from earlier but they do now.

That auction has some super cool errors starting at lot 7995:

    • 7995 1814 1c double struck, two dates
    • 7996 1831 1c, double struck, second strike 30% off-center, uniface obverse
    • 7997 1838 1c, full first strike brockage (two obverses)
    • 7999 1894 1c double struck, two dates
    • 8000 1900 1c struck on a gold planchet
    • 8005 1944 1c struck on a steel planchet
    • 8008 1876-cc 10c, struck on a 3CN planchet
    • 8009 1818 25c 5% off-center
    • 8011 1965 25c struck on a silver planchet
    • 8012 Gold half eagle blank planchet, type I
    • 8013 Gold half eagle blank planchet, type II, ex 1963 FUN sale, so definitely not from a modern gold eagle
    • 8015 1901/0-S half eagle, 15% off-center
    • 8038 ND Indian 1c struck on a dime planchet, uniface obverse (catalogued as a pattern, but seems more like an error to me)

Thank you. That too was exactly what I needed.

NNP - the Newman Numismatic Portal - is an invaluable research tool. I use it frequently.
