A resilient DDR - The 76-CC $TD DDR

The 76-CC $TD has often been offered up as one of the strongest DDR's of any series. I always thought that comment was a little hyperbolic. In looking over an upcoming SB sale, I saw this example of a 76-CC DDR in G4 grade. The DDR features are still obvious!!!

I think roughly 15% of the 76-CC population is the DDR so not ultra scarce compared to most of the other varieties...but not easy to find on an absolute basis.

What is a good approx total 76-CC T$ population in all conditions? Maybe 1500-2000?

TDN, Agree with your view that it is common and available. I was simply surprised that the DDR attributes are so apparent at this lowly grade level

I would not call it common, but I wouldn't call it rare, either. I once did a study and found that 33% of 76-CC Trade Dollars sold within a 12 month or so period were DDR. But you have to remember that 76-CC Trade Dollars are not that common to start with.
