Are these strike-throughs on two reverse proof Presidential Dollars?

Submitted for your consideration are images of two 2015 reverse proof Presidential Dollars in original capsules in Coin and Chronicles sets. I welcome your opinions on whether one or both of these are from strike-throughs, or if they result from damage after striking. Thank you!

    The JFK has a struck-through in the field,
    but I’m not sure about the Ike – could be a fleck of plastic or a fleck of metal –
    hard to tell from the photos.

    Thank you, @FredWeinberg! I just popped the top of the capsule holding the Ike. I blew away the debris and Ike no longer appears to have a head wound! You nailed it (again)....
