Seated 50c prior grade at PCGS

This Seated half was previously graded by PCGS. I got it out of slab with the PCGS tab, the widow sold it to a local shop. It has details of when it was bought. ICG just called this "MS60 details". The shop owner was surprised as it may have hairlines and was probably given a compromise grade. ICG has been giving out a lot of "details" grades recently.

Clearly a "mistaken" grade. The scuttlebutt is that they are tightening a lot:
"Why ICG Standards Are Shifting: New Management & Pedigree: The influx of former top-tier graders (from PCGS and NGC) to ICG's senior leadership has brought stricter, more traditional Sheldon-scale grading protocols to their operations. Market Accountability: For years, the numismatic community enforced a "discount" on ICG slabs, with dealers routinely pricing ICG coins one to two grades lower than the label stated. Stricter grading is an explicit attempt to close this value gap. Successful Cross-Grading: Recent industry data and collector "crack-out" tests show that newer ICG-graded coins are increasingly crossing over to NGC or PCGS at identical grades, confirming that their current baseline aligns much closer with the "Big Two". What This Means For CollectorsOlder Slabs vs. Newer Slabs: You must evaluate the holder. Older ICG slabs (especially those from the mid-2010s) still frequently carry a reputation for being overgraded. Newer slabs issued under the current management team are proving to be much more conservative and accurate. Buy the Coin, Not the Holder: The golden rule of numismatics still applies. Do not rely solely on the label; evaluate the technical merits of the coin yourself before purchasing."

Under 50. It looks like they have former PCGS and NGC former graders now considerably younger than that.
