Mayflower Compact 25c question

My brother got a box of quarters from his bank for his wife to search, she recently broke her leg and this gives her something to do. The entire box was Mayflower Compact quarters. Am I correct in assuming these rolls are only worth $10 each? TIA

    appear to be going for $30+/- per roll on secondary market

    could undercut everyone, sell em for $20/roll and still do alright

    head back to that bank lol
