joey, I do not want to be the negative Nancy, but I think you are over grading these examples. Have you seen how tough PSA grades now? I have always admired your energy and zeal but be very careful submitting any of these to PSA.

I do have to ask though.
Do you really just open a couple packs or examine a dozen cards at a time and then just call it quits for the evening?
No way could I ever do that. I'd be awake all night wondering what would be in the next batch.
That's probably why I don't have any unopened packs/boxes - no willpower!
(Actually the only unopened I have is an '89 Upper Deck factory set which I have almost opened numerous times wanting to check out the Griffey. The only thing that stops me is what if the Griffey is not mint)2 -

Now, about my decisions when opening packs. I'm like you too. In the sense of not being able to
WAIT.
The only time I wait to continue opening packs is when I been RIPPIN for a long period of time on one series. Than, I decide to take a breather for awhile. Than, not too long after. I would continue to the next product and/or series!
But hardly ever wait longer than a day or so. No way, like I said, I'm like you!
So transfixed on what is waiting for me in those unopened packs!

Now, my current "Cousin's" Thread. I do wait overnight or so bc there are so, so many cards to go through!
At the beginning of this search. I have to say there were close to 2000 cards in those 3 boxes that was given to me!

This has got to be my

If it was me...
I would definitely open that sucker and go right after The KID'S Card
to end the mystery of a "10" grade or a "9,8,or lower" grade?
The other reason I'd open it is bc the fact of many OTHER cards in the set that may be worth checking out like...
ROOKIES, INSERTS and possible GEM Mint cards that also have value!
