Bought this item 2 weeks ago and have not received it nor is the seller answering
any of my questions regarding tracking or status.
Also of concern is he never marked this as sold.

Seller requested paypal goods and services.
So far Paypal has given me a refund subject to their investigation.
The whole thing is weird because seller sounded very proffessoal and gave me the provinance of the stamps.
Have had couple similar experiences and in the past and in both cases turned out the seller passed away. Hope the guy is ok.
