    It is not true that it looks like a copper dime.

    Your coin is dirty and/or corroded.

    If you still think that your coin looks like a copper dime, take a picture of your dime next to something that you know for sure is copper. I am confident that the colors will not match.

    It’s been copper plated

    That’s not environmental toning or environmental damaged surfaces, imo

    I don’t think it’s possible to determine what alloy it is looking at pictures. Maybe you can weigh it.

    The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

    Looks like a metal detected dime that has been cleaned up. You can see around some of the lettering where the cleaning didn't reach. I've got piles of them that I've dug.
