I’m working on a Dansco 6152. I have an 1853-O with arrow and rays. 1. Does anyone know what the difference between “18530-O” and “1853-O All Kinds” is? Not sure which hole mine goes in and what goes in the other. Guessing there is a bi rays that belongs in the first. 
And 2. Why are there two 1866 slots?

FWIW, you should be able to find a 53-O No Arrows. The 66 No Motto will be more challenging.

Well, an additional 1853-O No Arrows was found in 2012, the first one in over a hundred years. So there is always hope.
Odd labeling in the album. Should have been "Arrows and Rays" instead of "All Kinds".
Wonder if a 53-O No Arrows has ever been placed in an album.

“All Kinds” was probably some sort of cut and paste error when transferring text from another album that showed mintages for each coin. “All Kinds” would have indicated that the mintage figure included both varieties. Makes me wonder if the album is a knockoff and not real Dansco.

Looks like it was just a bad label design that they never fixed on the real albums. Saw a few sold by various sellers on Ebay and those with photos of that page were all the same. "All Kinds" was also used on the mintage page, so guess somebody wasn't thinking or didn't know when they put the same wording at the slot. They mostly show sales at over $100 each on Ebay.
Perhaps @AlbumNerd knows if there was ever a differently worded printing run of these.

For 1873, the album lists the dates 1873 Closed 3, 1873 Open 3, and 1873. Perhaps they did not have a "With Arrows" label to use.

I do not know much about Liberty Seated Half Dollars, but hopefully this helps.
Fun. Likely gonna be quite a challenge, though.
