When to Chipotle to and in line I saw these just lying around on the ground. Some
2026 dimes. I hope they keep the design. I like them much better than the regular Rosevelt dimes.

Nice score. Most people can't even find them in change or at the bank.
Now about that "semi-quintessential"... 🤔
I got 5 more dimes today, no quarters yet. Congrats on the score
Spell check?
I haven't seen any in the wild yet. Gorgeous design. Well done US mint!
I have only found four or five Revolutionary quarters in my cash register. No 2026 nickels or dimes yet.

I got a bunch of dimes already and 1 nickel. Thought the Monticello was cool (no full strps). Will keep looking to
I wonder if someone thought they were from a foreign country?
Unfortunately, that is in public law and would require a change by our House and Senate, both of who are too busy getting ready for vacation to get that done this year.
None of the current DSA members that seem to be at the center of things politically on the left would likely object to removal of all Presidents -- the only thing that I agree with them on, so perhaps if you contact several after the election they will put forward a bill in the House to do so.
You never know.
Er, mints still make coins? Doh!
Seriously tho', nice change..........
Maybe future coinage legislation should include a requirement that new varieties of coinage be widely-distributed to local banks & businesses in a timely manner...............
the new coin has to be requested from the mint. it's not the mint's fault if it doesn't circulate
Still haven't seen one. Not that I've been looking. I hardly ever handle coins in commerce, these days. And I don't pay much attention to modern pocket change, though I probably should.
I do like this design quite a bit.
