Found this in an old estate. I have no idea what this could be. Any help is appreciated. It is not attracted to a magnet. Thank you for any assistance.

Not a real coin. Maybe it came off of a charm bracelet or a belly dancer costume, for example.
Agreed. Not a coin and doesn't appear to be gold.
