I have never sent a coin in for a cac sticker but I have a cacg membership. If I can get this coin crossed to pcgs at it's same grade. Can I get a new sticker with documentary evidence of prior sticker? Can I submit to cac with cacg membership?

    I would keep it in the same holder.
    There are no guarantees that it will cross to a pcgs 67+ or that CAC will sticker it again.
    I do not think you can submit to CAC with a CACG membership.
    If not mistaken you can submit it to cacg in the holder with the sticker and you will receive the same grade.

    CACG membership does not include submissions for a CAC sticker.

    Since CAC doesn’t recognize the plus for “+” grades, I can’t imagine that CACG would do so and automatically cross the coin at its “+” grade. If I owned the coin I’d leave it as is.

    Based on the images, the CAC sticker surprised me. But the coin might look better in hand.

    That oily ring developing around the carbon spot at "L" is worrysome. If the cert#, grade, or services changes, CAC will reevaluate the coin before stickering it.

    Honestly, and understanding blown up photos will sometimes show distractions that are not as readily seen when the coin is viewed in hand, the slide marks on the high points on the obverse are a bit concerning. The black toning specks are also worrisome for an MS67 coin.
    The strike is also somewhat weak (check the hand area) for a Denver coin.
    Again, could simply be it is easier to nic-pick on these photos, yet overall, I don't see an ultra-gem MS67 coin.

    Either cross to CACG or keep it in the slab, I don’t really think there’s any upside to crossing it to PCGS, it just isn’t worth the risk. Beautiful coin though!

    Would leave as is. Taking a closer look - Obv black spots. Scratches rt obv. I. don’t really see it as PQ. What is that black spot left obv.

    Perhaps these spots happened sometime after grading.

    Can you set the minimum grade at 67+ and cross it to CACG? It is probably the most economical approach if you want to change the plastic and get CAC’s blessing.

    If you look at the area of concern above the L in liberty, the NGC picture here doesn’t show it as pronounced as your photo posted above. I’m leaning towards that area is “active” and needs to be conserved. It’s going to ruin this coin.

    I believe one can set a minimum grade even with a Legacy cross. Interesting option if the OP is intent on getting the coin out of its holder.

    You may be correct, but it is inconclusive. I have seen things like that disappear entirely with changes in lighting.

    I'm not sure anyone has given a straight answer, assuming I understand the question.
    Once you cross it to PCGS, you cannot resticker the coin using the resticker service. You must have a new sticker evaluation. If you submit evidence such as the old NGC insert it will help ensure that the PCGS slab gets a sticker too in the case where the coin is borderline sicker-worthy but there is always a chance that JA sees something he didn't before or that the coin has changed since it was last stickered.

    FWIW, I have been VERY unsuccessful at crossing NGC + grades to PCGS with a +. My guess is the PCGS will give you a straight 67. but you never know until you try, and I'm sure the financial gamble is worth it.

    Agreed with Mark Feld’s grading opinion. The obverse open field looks bagmarked along with obvious bagmark at lower left skirt. Offsetting those issues might be awesome luster?
