Guess the grade that PMG gave this series 1923 $5 Lincoln "Porthole" Silver Certificate. I'll reveal the answer in about 48 hours.
I know that grading a bill without having it in hand is difficult, but I'm curious as to what the experts here make of PMG's assessment.

I guess AU55.
But it looks like it could actually be as high as MS64 if there are no folds.

I'm wondering whether PCGS might see it as a 58, or at least a 45. Hopefully PPQ. I'm tempted to send it in.
On the other hand, I've had two notes at PCGS since June 12, and they have not moved from "Order Entry." I'm in no hurry to send more right now.
im ok with grading but not that comfortable with it (i think you got a shot at it, take your chances)
Assuming it wasnt just a mechanical error....That grade on a note that looks that nice would typically be for a note that was folded and has been worked on to make it appear like it wasn't.
