Counterfeit coin seller on eBay

eBay seller elliottdoug215 has sold me a counterfeit seated liberty half dollar, and they are mad about the return request. Attached are pictures of the coin i received, screenshots of the listing photos, and their message to me.

    It looks like an obvious fake. Why did you buy it in the first place?

    I should have known better, yes. I rolled the dice based on poor photos.

    Important that you get eBay involved. Those selling fake/altered/cleaned coins can become quite irate and intimidating when someone calls them out on a particular coin. I thought the "S" mintmark was not crisp, but blotchy/blurred.

    eBay is involved. I'm expecting the seller to do anything they possibly can to make it more difficult, though.
