Submission Times for PCGS Regular Service
How long have you guys been seeing for submission times on PCGS Regular Service lately? I have one that has been in Order Entry for a month. Yes I know the estimate now is 40 business days but what have you really been seeing? Thanks in advance!

My last 2 economy orders were both around 60 calendar days. I don’t use regular anymore.
Their stats are visible here: https://www.pcgs.com/statistics
I find that the numbers are generally accurate and it doesn't matter how long it stays in any given stage.
The one irksome thing about the new order status page is that you have to click on your order to see if there is a "problem order" that requires you to contact them. They don't always send emails if there is a problem with your order and they will just let your order languish in "Order Entry" state forever until you click on it and see that there is a problem. If it's been a month, be sure to check.
Its really slow, anything but express and higher. Its been taking an extremely long time for regular, economy obviously, and other. months and months, express however has be faster than there estimated times, but cant use that for coins where value dosn't warrant it. Couple of times, I ate into my profit margin just to get it back faster and used express. I guess its all the new 2026 stuff being submitted slowing everything down, I myself have submitted tons of new coins for two customers chasing high grade 250th stuff.
Paper money grading across the street is the worst return time I have ever seen as of late. 4-5 months on regular. I dont submit that much paper money myself, but several for customers.
Freind of mine in card business said its same or worse over thier
I have a regular submission with a 6/23 received date which just went into "grading" status yesterday. Sounds like only one more month in the clink and I'll see results.
My submission was received 4/10, as of today it's still in quality checks.
On the world side things are horribly slow. None of my subs have moved in weeks.
Having submitted for 15 years, its amazing how long the leads times have gotten. For dealers it must tie up a good amount of capital on lower value coins. I guess it works out if you always have something in the pipeline, but to submit something and not have it ready for retail for several months is a tough pill to swallow. My experience at CACG has been great in comparison.
I have one arrived on May 22, 2026 and shipped on July 21, 2026 (world coin cross and received a DNC).
I submitted 5 orders about 5 weeks ago. One of them was for express service. This was very fast -less then 4 weeks from the day I mailed it to the day I received the graded coins on the 22nd. Three of the orders are in received and one is in grading (The economy submission with only 3 coins, but it has been in grading for 2 or 3 weeks. Three weeks to grade 3 coins?) I donno, just have to wait I guess.
Tough pills to swallow, however this conversation here has fallen on deaf ears as we all know the moderators are not only seeing it, but customer service is hearing it as well.
It also depends what the service is. Regrades and Recons seem to go faster than Raw.
