Suggestion: see the "customer disservice" thread recently. That is if you're inquiring about our host. Why customer service and lack of honoring "estimated" turnaround times hasn't drawn the hierarchy's attention here is baffling. Been debated ad nauseam over many years in these threads. Thankful I haven't had necessity to contact customer service since Stephanie who, if I remember, worked with bulk more than a decade ago. Issues then taken care of quickly and efficiently. Oh yeah, that's when actual people picked up the phone, what am I thinking.

Two medals at NGC, been about 5-6 weeks. One is at NCS for conservation.

This is a really tough year to get economy graded coins back anywhere near soon with all the 2026 submissions. May send my Unc set coins to CAC if any look really good. Just cannot wait 3 months, too impatient.

What do you mean by; Unc set coins? Sets you have put together?

No, my mint sets when they arrive Wednesday. 14 sets to look through for anything decent. I've downloaded a number of PCGS graded 2026 coin high def pics to see that I only select stuff that is significantly better, or not.

I'm the same way. I was pleased with how quickly PCGS turned around an economy currency submission, less than a month all together and low $20s per note.

On coins you have a multi-month wait at PCGS, probably worse at NGC, similar at Anacs, maybe a litte faster at ICG. CACg is 2 months on economies but 2 weeks for "regular" at $35 or so plus the other fees.

It's like coal in my stocking when @OAKSTAR is back under yet another alt. At least @OAKSTAR isn't able to keep himself hidden for long.

Thanks for your experiences. I understand with all the 2026 hysteria and have seen the huge pop reports, so I do understand that they are quite stressed for now. I suppose I can just put a lot of my choice finds into a 2x2 and wait until things calm down.

I must compliment PCGS for about a one week turnaround on a reslabbing for my 1917 Lincoln DDO recently. They are also working on a restoration of an old Walker, but I am happy for them to take all the time they need for than. :#

Submitted several to CACG and PCGS on the first day of the FUN show in Orlando two weeks ago. All received and entered in their systems last week. A few restorations, a crossover, and several in for economy grading.

So my first FUN show submission result from crossover PCGS to CACG was received and it was shot down. It appears the UNC 1931S 1¢ I purchased from a MAJOR well known auction house in Dallas over 40 years ago was artificially toned. Even after several dealers and a grader at the FUN show looked at it before submission and said it was a beautiful coin and needed to be resubmitted because they all thought the coin was graded improperly. I have come to really dislike that coin now. 😏 Will post photos when I get it back…..
