Looks pretty. Very nice for that era of proof.

Do you have the rest of the set?

    I agree but I don't believe that's something @SanctionII would do.

    Looks like obverse scratches, pass.

This quarter is part of a proof set I bought at a local show last month. I bought the set because of the half.

This quarter is maybe a PF64. However it is interesting because it has frosted devices (which is very, very unusual for 36-42 proof quarters). The obverse frost is very light, showing only when the quarter is tilted just so. The reverse has frost on all of the devices that is moderate to heavy on all devices except the central part of the wings.

PF60. The obv scratches rule it out for me.

Proof 65 at the most - not Cameo! But for 1942 it's a nice strike!
