Is there any chance Eric Jordan will update his modern commemorative coin book??

I absolutely loved his first edition of this book. The way he broke down the data in different formats was absolutely perfect for the way my brain works

But a lot has changed since the book 1st came out. I remember Jackie Robertson still being the key date with just over 5000 being sold. Now we’ve got so many scarcer varieties and the first spouse series completed… I would love to see and updated edition. I’d even rather wait a year so he can include everything that happened in 2026!

Very much miss talking with him, it's been many years. Last we spoke, building his new home was taking up all of his time, so he decided to take a break. Always hoped he would return here. Threads back then were never personal affronts, just knowledge sharing based. Wow, have things changed here now. Still hoping he returns.

I think that's more nostalgic than actual. The forum was far more vitriolic in the early days. It was also, often, fast more substantative.

All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

I talked with Eric J. frequently in the 2006-2008 time period; especially on the Buffalo fractionals and all of the W Burnished issues, especially 08W Platinum.

Me too. Still have my uncirculated version in the OGP.

I thought this book was fantastic when it came out. But sixteen years hence I feel the mint's prodigious product output has busted many of his models.
