In my opinion, it wasn't a bad idea at all to take the sure money. An outlier like the opponent making a splash with the golf ball, really isn't a reasonable thing anyone can handicap in that situation. Especially how well he had been playing. I think your instincts were good on this, despite what happened.

Overall a good day with 3 for 3 in MLB. Getting better at it, I think.
