I love it when someone finds a beat up old proof, or S-mint clad in a roll.
Its a small win. but its better than nothing!
PS - 1982 was one of those years there were no mint sets, except for the "souvenier sets" sold at each mint. So if you see any 82's or 83's Por D that are in Mint State, put them aside. They might even be worth a $30 in todays inflated money. I just checked: the 1982-S is sellling for $4.96 that's almost 16x face!
