1914 D cent!

I found this the other day metal detecting. Should I have it cleaned and graded? If I do go that route, how much would it cost?

You won't get a straight grade. It will come back environmentally damaged. Still, the coin has great detail and a genuine holder will cost less than the value of the coin.

Personally I would let it soak in Olive oil for a few weeks to help remove some of the green around the edges. The pictures aren't that great but it doesn't look terriblly porous... Great find !

It's all about what the people want...
