For any of you collectors in and around Broken Arrow/Tulsa, Oklahoma, this old collector is giving up the ghost and selling his 50 year collection to save his kids the trouble. Once you find the BST, it is recommended that you detail the specific coins you have for sale, including prices and photos.
Asking for want lists is 1) inefficient, 2) doesn't generate much interest from potential buyers, and 3) resembles a scam tactic that has become a problem on the Forum.

With that stated, yes- the above suggestions and advice are worthy of your consideration even though it may require a bit more energy and work on your part.
