    we had some guy tell us one time there was a 40 point buck wondering around these parts. we pointed him to the 12 step room.......

    We had similar stories here when they sent divers in to evaluate the material at the base of the Bluestone Dam at Hinton, WV. The divers claimed critters larger than them and refused to bid on the job. Someone else from out of state came in and did the job and never heard what they faced. But fishing picked up.
