Low Ball GSA - MOVED TO THE BS&T FORUM

I don't know if Low Ball GSA is actually a collected item, but I'm kind of hoping so since I am selling it. I sold my GSA's recently and when going through them found an ungraded one that appeared to me to be very low grade. It is an 1899-O Softpack that graded AG-3, Low POP for all 1899's (regardless of mint) and may well be low or tied for low for all GSA's (very hard to determine). It is a fresh NGC grading and can be seen here...

Suggestion: Once you get it posted on the B,S,&T forum, come back to your post on this one. Click the little gear icon at the extreme upper right, In the dropdown menu click on Edit. Then, in the title to your original post add "MOVED TO THE BS&T FORUM", and then click on "Save Comment" beneath the edited post.
