Surprisingly my mint boxes with minimal tape arrive in decent condition. Everything else... lucky to have all the contents still in the box. No pics to share. But I am familiar with that kind of service.
Not a Mint package but a USPS blunder.

I’ve purchased many coins from the Mint, and have never, ever had any packages delivered in that manner. You’re just the recipient of poor management from the US postal service. Unfortunately they don’t give a shiz!
The USPS states it was received damaged "at Norton, KS". I wouldn't discount that as packages can be mauled at any step in shipment. Sometimes they stop and nothing else does.
By the by. I believe bar codes have to be disabled with vertical lines.
It might be a good idea to try again. I can read the address.
