Unsure if the "Date" was struck twice?

Depending on the angle in which I view it. The numerals look as if maybe. Change perspective/lighting again and maybe not so much. Anyway, folks I'm sure the input I get about this will serve me well down the road. Thanks again.

not struck twice. the whole coin would be struck twice, not just the date
but what you are seeing is worthless machine doubling caused by the coin moving against the die after it is struck
"IN GOD" is weakly struck though.
No added value, but kind of cool regardless.
