Can you explain why you think this coin is a "rarity"?

The 2015 Lithuania 1 Euro coin has a mintage of over 35,000,000.

I am no expert in the series - but the example in your video looks like a highly circulated and purposefully damaged (post-mint damage) example of the issue. I very well could be wrong - but it's definitely circulated and in poor condition. Looks as though someone took a metal file to the rims.
