No, just a damaged coin.
Stop looking at your coins with a microscope.

Do not use screen shots, they are too pixilated to see fine detail.
A TPG only uses a 5X when grading coins so anything over that is not gradeable.
In your case it doesn’t really matter as that is not a “multiple strike”.
