    It is hard to believe that this 20 Rappen 1962 came out of the Swiss mint in Bern.
    But, anything is possible....maybe
    vieleicht war die bekannte, gruendliche und genaue QualitaetsKonyrolle in Bern doch nicht so gruendlich.??

    I don't remember seeing any errors such as this. Some of it looks like it could be post mint damage. I'm no expert, just looking at pictures. Just my opinion.
